Lead For Movers provides exclusive homeowner leads to moving companies through automated data collection, outreach, and qualification systems. We do not guarantee the number of bookings, conversions, or revenue generated from the leads.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to registered moving companies and related professionals. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your business.

3. Lead Exclusivity

We onboard only one moving company per county. Leads delivered to you are exclusive within your assigned territory and are not shared with other movers.

4. Use of Leads

Leads provided by Lead For Movers are for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or share the leads with third parties.

5. No Guarantee

While we use AI-based systems to identify and qualify homeowners planning a move, we do not guarantee lead accuracy, homeowner responsiveness, or successful bookings.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lead For Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or leads.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
